c) How to change the Auto Disconnect activation (time)
Some Telephone Company lines (fiber or cable) ON Hook and OFF Hook voltages are lower than conventional lines, which may
cause a malfunction of Auto Disconnect detection. To solve this problem, try changing the Auto Disconnect activation through
the procedures below.
Auto Disconnect activation PROCEDURE Status
Enable 2 sec. & CPU detect [default] “STOP”+”GREETING CHECK”+“LOCATOR” simultaneously
Stand-by
2 sec. & No CPU detect “STOP”+“GREETING CHECK”+“VOL. ” simultaneously
Disable* “STOP”+“GREETING CHECK”+“VOL. ” simultaneously
*Ifthe “Disable” is selected, even ifthe parallel-connected telephone is OFF HOOK, the line isn’t disconnected.
d) How to change the VOX level

-10 dB Down “STOP”+“L“VOL. ” simultaneously
