Time Table Assignment — Day/Night

Description

Assigns the Time Table to be used when all extensions are busy in the Hunting Group (Ring,
No Reply, UCD).

Selection

•

Hunting Group number: 01 through 32

•

Time Table number: 1 through 4

Default

All Hunting Groups — Not Stored

Programming

Enter a programme address (137 for day or 138 for night).

Display example: UCD T.Table Day

Press NEXT.

Display: Group NO?

Enter a UCD group number.

To enter UCD group number 1, you can also press NEXT.

Display example: UCD01:Not Stored

Enter a Time Table number.

Display example: UCD01:1

Press STORE.

Press END.

Conditions

•

If the Time Table is not assigned, the system will not answer the call and waits for an
extension to become idle. When an extension becomes free, rings, but is not answered.
Intercept Routing — No Answer (IRNA) will be employed.
