Operator / Manager Operation

Data similar to below is printed out.

•

After check-in operation, the telephone in a guest room can be used to make an outside call.
After check-out operation, the telephone in a guest room cannot be used to make an outside 
call.

•

To inform the message has been left, the Message button light turns on at a telephone in a 
guest room (Message Waiting).
If a Voice Processing System is connected to the KX-TD500 System, the caller can leave a 
voice message in the mailbox provided for the guest room telephone.

•

A guest can access to a certain service, such as room service, simply by dialling one digit 
number (Quick Dialling).

•

After check-out, the Manager / an Operator can lock the extension in the guest room to 
prohibit making unauthorised toll call (Remote Station Lock Control).
