Using the Telephone
Dialling Pause (for PBX line/long distance service
users)
A dialling pause can be entered when a pause in the dialling of a phone number is
necessary when using a PBX or accessing a long distance service.
For example, if using the unit with a PBX and a line access number (9, in this example
must be dialled before the telephone number:

You can also press
(for cordless handset) or
(for base unit) to make a call.
•
Entering a pause can prevent misdialling when you redial or dial a stored number.
•
Pressing
RIGHT SOFT KEY
more than once increases the length of the pause
between numbers.
