Audible Caller ID
To use this feature, you need to subscribe to Caller ID service. For further information, please
contact your telephone company. You need to store caller information and to record the name
into the base unit phonebook.
When a call comes in, the unit will ring and the caller information will be received.
If you receive a call from one of the same phone numbers stored in the base unit phonebook,
the handset will announce the recorded name.

- If the ringer volume of the handset is OFF, recorded name will not

be announced. Announcement volume depends on the handset
ringer setting.

- Your unit may mute one or more of rings in order to announce the

name of the caller, as announcement is prior to rings.

8.4.1. Storing Caller Information
