Using the Caller List
Storing Caller List Information in the
Directory
You can store numbers that are in the Caller List in the directory.
Make sure the unit is in the standby mode.

Lift the handset off the base unit and
press

to enter the Caller List.

caller you want to store in the directory.

to exit the list. To erase other stored items from the
directory, see page 43.

You cannot store caller information in the directory if a phone number is not
displayed.

If the display shows “
Save error
” or “
No link to base Place on

.” in step 3, the item cannot be stored in the directory.
