dialling and allow only auto-dialling to be used.
In this mode, the KX-MB2090CXW and KX-MB2085CXW display
the registered name on the LCD before sending the fax.
The standard-equipped handset lets you call the recipient to
confirm that a fax has arrived immediately after sending. This
increases faxing reliability.
Easy-to-Operate Control Panel with Backlit LCD
Buttons are conveniently arranged for setting frequently
used functions. The LCD with backlight and tilted panel
design enable easy, comfortable operation.
When using direct dialling, you are asked to re-enter the
number once more before fax transmission.
No Copying or Printing Leaks
Copying and printing can be restricted by the use of
Department Codes. Additionally, the codes effectively manage
copying and printing usage.

High-Resolution Colour Scanner

The Easy Print Utility is an integrated printing tool that lets
you merge and print files created using different applications,
such as Microsoft Word and Excel. You can check the final
image on a personal computer before printing, or edit the
layout by rearranging the pages or changing the pages to a
2-in-1, or all the way up to a 16-in-1 format. You can also add
a header, footer or watermark to the documents before
printing. After editing the layout, you can save the image as a
PDF file. The Easy Print Utility greatly reduces the number of
trial prints and misprints.
