we recommend using a copy machine to copy the

Before using this feature, store the desired names and
telephone numbers into the phonebook (page 14) or
one-touch dial (page 15).

Insert the document (up to 10 pages) FACE DOWN
until a single beep is heard and the unit grasps the
document.

If the document guides are not adjusted to fit the
document, re-adjust them.

Confirm that you have entered the number correctly,
and that the number is a fax number.

Confirm that the other party’s fax machine is
answering by turning ON the connecting tone feature
