Only use the probe intended for use with your oven.

Make sure the probe does not touch the heater during
cooking.
■
After the cooking process, the probe will be very hot. Take
care to prevent burning. Use oven gloves.
During cooking, the food core temperature will be displayed. The set core
temperature may be adjusted during the cooking process.
When the set core temperature is reached, the cooking process will stop and an
acoustic signal will be heard. You may turn off the acoustic signal by touching any
key.
After one minute, the acoustic signal will be switched off automatically. Clock will
appear in the display.
After cooking and once the oven has cooled, replace the metal cap on the meat
probe socket.
