The food core temperature is measured by the temperature probe. The oven
operates until the food core reaches the set temperature.

Roasting with a meat probe
Choose the system (Auto Roast mode page 43). Set
oven and probe temperature. Touch start key.

Unscrew the metal cap.

Connect the meat probe plug to the socket. Insert
the probe into the centre of the food. To ensure an
accurate temperature reading the meat probe must be
fully inserted into the thickest part of the meat. If any
timer settings were activated, they will be cancelled.
The probe remains in the meat throughout the duration
of the cooking time.
