3) Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the lamp unit fixing screws (three screws)
until they turn freely.
4) Hold the used lamp unit by its handles, and pull it gently from the projector.

5) Insert in the new lamp unit (Replacement Lamp Unit) while paying attention
to the insertion position. Tighten the lamp unit fixing screws (three screws)
securely with a Phillips screwdriver.

If the lamp unit is not installed properly, remove it and then push it in slowly. Pushing it in
quickly or forcibly may break the connector.
6) Attach the lamp cover. Tighten the lamp cover fixing screw (one screw) se-
curely with a Phillips screwdriver.

Perform step 2) in reverse direction to attach the lamp cover.

When you replace the lamp unit with new one, the projector resets the runtime of the lamp unit
automatically.

The lamp contains mercury. Contact the local government office or distributor for the correct
disposal of the old lamp unit.

After unpacking the lamp unit, discard the packaging material properly.
