Inspect the power cable and the power plug, and press the power button.

Lift the comfort cushion and inspect the main unit.
Inspect the following contents.

Is the fabric damaged?
●
Is there any foreign matter in the main unit?
●
Have the massage wheels been withdrawn?
If the massage wheels have not been
withdrawn, press
twice to make them
withdraw.
Do not have massage when the comfort cushion
is still on the backrest.
Check the sitting position.
For a better massage effect, middle of the seat is
provided with a raising part for you to sit backward
easily.
Sit backward as much as possible to
make the buttocks in contact with the
backrest.
Adjust position of the pillow.
Move the pillow and adjust its height to make its lower edge close to the ears.

If the pillow is too low, it will interfere in the neck massage.

If the reclining angle is changed, the pillow may have displacement. In this case, adjust position of the pillow again.
