Setting the Date/Time

Access the menu.

from
Clock set

] on the Setup menu.

Set the year, month, day and time.
• Press the Jog ball right and left to
select year, month, day and time. Roll
it up and down to set the number.
• Press the
MENU
button to exit from
the menu.

After purchase
The clock is not set when shipping. When
you turn the power on, the clock setting
screen appears. Adjust the time here.
• You can set the year from 2000 to
2099.
• When you select
Style
from
Clock set
in step 1, you can choose the
indication style from the following.
(e.g. September 1st, 2003 PM12:00)

[Y/M/D]:2003/9/1 12:00
•
[D/M/Y]:1/9/2003 12:00
•
[M/D/Y]:Sep/1/2003 12:00PM
• When the fully charged battery is
inserted in the camera for x hour or
more, the clock setting is stored in the
camera for about xx hours even after
the battery is removed.
However, the clock setting is cancelled
if more time has passed without the
battery inserted. In this case, please
set the date/time again.
