Energy saving temperature setting
You may save energy when operating the unit within the recommended temperature range.
HEAT :
20.0 °C ~ 24.0 °C / 68 °F ~ 75 °F.
COOL:
26.0 °C ~ 28.0 °C / 79 °F ~ 82 °F.

In COOL/DRY mode:
The horizontal

xed at middle position setting.
Once the temperature is achieved, the horizontal

ap swings up/down automatically.
In iAUTO-X mode:
The horizontal

ap swings up/down automatically at a predetermined position.
Once the temperature is achieved, the horizontal

ap is

xed at upper position.
In HEAT mode:
The horizontal

xed at a predetermined position.
The vertical
fl
ap will swing according to the selection. If the vertical
fl
ap is set to auto in Heat mode,
the vertical
fl
ap will swings left and right when the temperature rises.
In COOL/DRY/iAUTO-X mode:

ap swings up/down automatically.
In HEAT mode:
The horizontal
fl
ap is
fi
xed to upper position when discharge air temperature is cold.
The horizontal
fl
ap swings up-down automatically when discharge air temperature is warm.
The vertical
fl
ap will swing according to the selection.
Auto restart control
When power is resumed after a power failure, the operation will restart automatically with the last
operation mode and air
fl
ow direction.
• This control is not applicable when TIMER is set.

Operation mode
• It is possible to operate the indoor units individually or simultaneously. The priority of operation is
placed on the
fi
rst unit that turned on.
• During operation, HEAT and COOL modes cannot activate at the same time for different indoor
units.
• The power indicator blinks to indicate the indoor unit is standing by for different operation mode.
AUTO
:
The POWER indicator blinks at the initial stage.
Single
• The unit will select an operation mode every 10 minutes depending on the setting
and room temperature.
Multi
• The unit will select an operation mode every 3 hours depending on the setting, room
and outdoor temperature.
HEAT
:
The POWER indicator blinks at the initial stage. The unit will take some time to warm
up.
• If the HEAT mode system has been locked, and other operation mode is selected,
the indoor unit stops and the POWER indicator blinks.
COOL
:
Provides ef
fi
cient comfort cooling to suit your needs.
DRY
:
Operates at low fan speed for a gentle cooling operation.
FAN
:
To circulate air in the room.
iAUTO-X :
Provides fast cooling operation which is ideal on a hot day.
