The lock was turned to side
at the factory prior to shipment.
Before installing the computer for
the
fi rst time, insert the key, turn it
toward side, and slide the lever
toward the UNDOCK side while
holding down the latch.

The lever is locked when the key is inserted
and turned toward side. When the com-
puter has been installed, be absolutely sure
to lock this lever by turning the key toward
side.

The ends of the screws are protrud-
ing. Take care to protect your fi ngers,
etc. from their sharp points when in-
stalling the Car Mounter.

in the areas indicated by the
arrows in the
fi gure above.
