Concerning a monitor with a liquid crystal display
•
When the same images or characters are left displayed for prolonged periods of time on an LCD monitor,
image burn-in may occur on the screen. However, the screen will revert to normal once the power has
been turned off and kept turned off for several hours.
•
The ratio of effective pixels used for the LCD monitor is controlled to the high accuracy of more than
99.99%, which means that less than 0.01% of the pixels may be missing or permanently lighted. This is
not indicative of any malfunctioning and does not have any adverse effect on the recorded images.
•
Condensation may form on the LCD monitor in locations where the temperature fluctuates significantly.
If condensation does form, wipe it off using a soft dry cloth.
•
If the viewfinder unit has become cold, the images displayed on the LCD monitor will be slightly darker
than usual immediately after the power is turned on. The normal brightness will be restored once the
temperature inside rises.
