A.1 Introduction
Whenever any service procedure is performed on the Model XMT868i flow transmitter, the details of the service
should be recorded in this appendix. An accurate service history of the meter can prove very helpful in
troubleshooting any future problems.

Record complete and detailed service data for the Model XMT868i in Table 6. Make additional copies of the table as
needed.
