Verify lock registration using Master Card

Master Card is granted unlimited access to any locks in the project. After locks are

registered to MF-Admin server, they now only recognize Residential Cards plus
Master Cards.

To verify that all the locks are successfully registered and linked to the right lock
places in the area tree, let’s first create the master card.
