2. Keep bags that have not been used in a cool, dry place.
3. Clean the coffee machine when over-use leads to oiliness. The little drops of oil on the surface of recently made black
coffee are due to the extraction of oil in the powdered coffee.
4. Oiliness can occur frequently if highly roasted coffee is used.

from the coffee
preparation area.
The funnel or the bag support is only
partially in place or has been badly
positioned.
Open the preparation area and correctly
position the funnel or the bag support.
The ring seal has been damaged.
Change the ring seal.
The two blue lights
are blinking and the
coffee maker has
stopped making
coffee.
There is not enough water in the tank.
Fill the tank with water and press the one cup
or two cup button again to make coffee.
The internal tube is blocked.
Do not use the coffee maker. Please get in
touch with the authorised technical service
agent to have it repaired.
The coffee nozzle which is located below
the bag support is blocked.
Stop using the appliance for one hour. Allow
it to cool completely, open the lid and remove
the bag support. Insert a needle with a
diameter of less than 0.7 mm into the opening.
This should clear the blockage and you can
make coffee again.
Water is leaking
from the base of
the water tank.
There is too much water in the tank.
The water level must be no more than 20mm
from the top of the tank. (Max.level)
The ring seal has been damaged.
Change the ring seal.
The water tank has not been properly
positioned.
Remove the tank and replace it positioning it
correctly.
Water is leaking
from the base of
the coffee maker.
The coffee maker’s internal tube is
damaged.
Do not use the coffee maker. Please get in
touch with the authorised technical service
agent to have it repaired.
The valve ring seal is damaged.
Change the ring seal.
The drip tray contains too much water.
Empty and clean the drip tray regularly.
