Control Valve Assembly (#103):
(1) Burner Control Assy. (#723) Removal:
Remove burner control assy. (#723) by
referring to [1] - 1, 2 & 3.
(2) Burner Pipe A (#138), Burner Pipe B (#141)
and Burner Pipe C (#140) Removal:
Remove burner pipe A, burner pipe B and
burner pipe C by referring to [2] - (1) 2.
(3) Gas Inlet Connector (#144) Removal:
1. Remove three (3) SW screws that
hold the gas inlet connector (#144).
2. Pull out the wiring that is connected to the
proportional gas control valve assembly.
3. Remove proportional gas control valve
assy. (#103)
Continue from the previous page.
(2) Main Burner Assy. (#112, 113,114)
Removal:
1. Pull out three (3) wires for electrode
(#132,133) in front side.
2. Remove Three (3) Ft screws that are
located under the upper burner assy.
(#112).
3. Remove the main burner assy. (as upper
burner assy. (#112) and lower burner
assy. (#113,114) in one piece) from
combustion chamber.
4. Remove FT screws (each two (2) screws
right and left) that are fixed upper burner
assy. (#112) and lower burner assy.
(R & L). (#113,114)
(Separate the upper burner and lower
burner.)
Refer to the electrode (#132,133) in the
Schematic Disassembly.
Refer to the upper burner assy. (#112), lower
burner assy. R (#113) and lower burner assy.
L (114) in the Schematic Disassembly.
