Centro away from credit cards or other
items that could be demagnetized.

Inserting the SIM
card and battery

Your SIM card contains account
information such as your phone number
and voicemail access number. To use the

phone, email, or web features, the SIM
card must be inserted into your Centro.

NOTE

Your SIM card may already be

installed in your Centro. Follow steps 1
through 3 to check. If a SIM card did not
come with your Centro, you may already
have one. If the SIM card does not work,
contact AT&T.

battery door

near the top and

slide the battery door downward to
remove it from your Centro.

If the battery is installed, remove it.
