The logs which are to be split are lifted into the splitting position by means of the lifting

device.
The lifting device must only be used when the machine is attached to the three-point linkage.

 

Mounting:

▪ Remove the right-hand guard bracket
▪ Screw the mounting plate (frame) onto the guard bracket bearing.
▪ Screw the pre-assembled lifting device onto the floor plate.
▪ Assemble the mounting plate (splitting blade) for the lifting chain on the splitting blade.

 

Set lifting chain:
Lifting arm should move up and down with the splitting blade:

▪ Hook the last chain link of the lifting chain onto the mounting plate.

Lifting arm should stay up:

▪ Mount the required chain link on the mounting plate (frame).
