TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

EXCESSIVE HYDRAULIC

OIL TEMPERATURE

Low hydraulic oil level on the

prime mover.

Add hydraulic fluid.

Hydraulic hoses are obstructed.

Clear obstructions in hoses.

Hydraulic oil and/or filter on

prime mover is dirty.

Replace hydraulic oil and/or filter on

prime mover.

Quick couplers are not properly

seated.

Reconnect quick couplers properly.

Brush pattern too wide.

Adjust brush pattern.

Travel speed too fast.

Reduce travel speed.

Trying to sweep too much

material at once.

Reduce the amount of material being

swept. Make more passes.

Hydraulic motor failure.

Replace motor.

HYDRAULIC QUICK

COUPLER LEAKS

Quick coupler is not installed

completely or damaged.

Connect properly or replace.
