OOPBACKS

The HRU-412 List 7 supports 4 types of loopbacks (see

•

TLOS (transmit loss of signal)

•

NREM (network remote loopback)

•

CLOC (customer local loopback)

•

SMJK (SmartJack)

Loopback tests can be initiated by using in-band codes or maintenance
terminal commands, or by faceplate pushbutton activation.
