PROXIMITY SENSOR
Approaching the hood while the power is off, the clock will illuminate.
If neither the fan nor lights are turned on within 60 seconds, the clock will turn off.
The icons will not disappear until the fan and lights are turned off.
1. On/Off
Press the lights icon to change lighting level from 2, 1, off.
While the fan is off, press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds, the icon will illuminate.
The purpose of this function is to clean the control easily.
Press and hold the On/Off button for another 3 seconds until the icon is disappeared to
unlock the screen.
3. Steam
While the fan is off, press the Steam button to start steam cleaning process, the icon will
illuminate.
When steam cleaning process is operating, Fan up and Fan down buttons are not available.
When water level is low, the icon will illuminate until water is added.
After 30 hours of fan use, the Steam indicator will begin to slowly blink indicating it is time to operate
the steam cleaning process. The indicator will blink until steam cleaning process is operating.
Steam clean function will auto-lock if the function senses an error, the Steam indicator will blink
indicating an error.
The hood has a memory function to remember the last used settings for the fan and lights.
Press the On/Off button to power on or off the fan and lights.

4. Speed Selection Button
Fan up
Press the Fan up button to increase fan speed from off, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (Turbo).
If hood is Off and the Fan up is pressed, fan will turn on Speed 1.
Press the Fan down button to decrease fan speed from 6 (Turbo), 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, off.
If fan is on Speed 1 and the Fan down button is pressed, fan will power Off.

ACT Enabled Speed Selections
When ACT is enabled, the number of fan speeds will be reduced as follows:

390 CFM = Maximum 4 speeds
(2)
290 CFM = Maximum 3 speeds
This speed level is intended to be used as a quick burst of air extraction when excess cooking
fumes and smoke are generated. After 5 minutes the fan will automatically change to Speed 5.
