Using WALK, JOG, and RUN buttons
These buttons are programmable express keys. They are programmed at the factory for 3.0 mph (5.0
kph), 4.5 mph (7.5 kph) and 6.0 mph (10.0 kph) respectively. You can program each button for a specific speed. You can then use these
buttons during workout set up and operation for one touch speed changes.
Each button has a specific speed range it can be programmed for; consult the chart below to determine which button to use for the speed
you want to program.

Programming the
buttons:
Step One:
Stand on the running belt and attach the garment clip on the end of the magnetic safety key to your clothing. Insert the safety key into its
recess on the control panel.
Step Two:
Enter the speed you want to program by pressing the SPEED
buttons until the desired speed appears in the SPEED display
window.
Step Three:
Press and HOLD the

OR
you want to program for 3 seconds.
Note:
Once a button is programmed it will remain that way until it is reprogrammed for a different speed.
Using the
buttons:
Prior to and during your workout Press the button of your choice

and within 2 seconds press the
(ENTER)
button. You should see your new speed target displayed in the SPEED window.
