REMOTE CONTROL

Rew, Play/Pause, FF, Stop

Controls On Demand or DVR viewing: rewind, play, 

pause, fast-forward, and stop.

Replay

Jumps back 15 seconds within an On Demand or DVR 

program.

Rec

Records content currently being viewed.

Note: Some features above require a DVR Set-Top Box 

and/or access to On Demand programming.

xfinity Menu

Displays the on-screen guide menus.

Guide

Displays the TV Listings.

OK

Selects the highlighted item within the guide.

Last

Returns to the previous channel or guide screen.

Info

Displays a description of a program.

Exit/Stop

Exits guide screens and returns you to TV viewing.

Context-sensitive control keys used in advanced 

setups.

0-9

Use to select the channel you want to view.

Setup

Programs your remote control to your TV, or set-top 

box.

Using Your Remote Control

Place the batteries (supplied) into your remote control. After you install your set-top box, the only way to change channel is with the 

supplied remote control.
Make sure there is nothing blocking the path from your remote control to your set-top box’s front panel. You can “pair” the remote 

control and set-top box. This enables the remote control to operate your set-top box if your set-top box is hidden from view. For more 

information, consult the instructions supplied with your remote control.

TV Power

Turns your TV ON or OFF.

All Power

Turns both the TV and set-top box ON or OFF.

VOL +/-

Turns the volume up and down

CH    / 

Selects the next higher or lower channel.

Mute

Turns the sound on or off.
