BLADE MAINTENANCE: 

1)

 

Sharpen the blade every 25 hours of use. 

2)

 

Ensure the blade is balanced. 

3)

 

Only use approved replacement parts from Genpower Ltd, when replacing the blade.  

NOTE: Periodically inspect the blade adapter for cracks, especially if you strike a foreign object, 
replace when necessary. 
 

REMOVING THE BLADE: 

A)

 

To remove the blade, loosen the centre bolt (see picture 1) 

B)

 

Check the blade support and change all parts if worn or damaged. 

C)

 

When reassembling the blade ensure the cutting edges face the direction of the engine 
rotation. 

D)

 

The blade centre bolt must be tightened to 37Nm with a torque wrench.
