Software

(for basic - IT-based version)

Start the WEISSCAMware software. Several seconds may pass until the software has started up

completely.

If the camera has been detected, the message "Camera type: WEISSCAM HS-2" appears in the

upper part of the SETTINGS window.

If the message "No camera found" is displayed, the camera has not been detected.

For potential causes and solutions, refer to the "Troubleshooting" chapter.
