Sealing effect is poor If sealing food containing a small amount of
fluid, press the sealing button again. If large
volumes or liquids are being sealed, freeze
them into a solid state and try again.
Also check whether any food scraps are in
the machine’s sealing compartment and
remove them.
If the bag folds, hold on to both sides to
keep it flat and smooth.
The indicator lights do not light up Make sure the machine is plugged in!
Make sure the switch is working and that the
lid is properly locked.
The machine does not work See the above
The mouth of the bag does not fit inside the
vacuum compartment Make sure there is enough space in front of
the nozzle. Hold on to both sides of the bag
to stretch them out and keep them flat, with
the stamped side down.
The bag leaks air or expands after being
sealed Check whether the seal has folds; stretch
and smooth out to prevent this.
Check whether food scraps are stuck to the
sealing edge. If you are vacuum-packing
moist or powdered food, this will affect the
seal.
If vacuum-packing sharp objects, wrap them
in soft material to avoid puncturing the bag.
Fruit and vegetables must be scalded and
then stored at a low temperature. Otherwise
they will “breathe” which can cause the bag
to expand.
The seal melts The heat conduction is overheating; take a
20 second break to let the machine cool
down and then try again.
