Safety
The manual contains important information about the connection and use of the unit.
Both the fitter and user should therefore read the manual.
The installation of the unit should be carried out by an authorised professional.
If the unit is incorrectly fitted, hazardous situations may arise. It may also break the
unit.
Assembly
The installation must be carried out by an authorised professional and the installation
instructions must be followed precisely.
The Aqualine unit must be positioned where it is protected from wind and weather
and high humidity. Fit the unit so that the piping is as short as possible in order to
achieve the best result. The unit must be fitted horizontally with the control housing
and vent valve facing upwards. The accompanying safety relief valve must be fitted on
a pipe in the circuit so that any excess water can escape when the water heats up.
NB:
Ensure that the water supply to the unit is kept frost-free.
Ensure that there is always a water supply to the unit otherwise the pump and
heating element may become damaged.
Connect the unit to a 230 V installation with earth and a residual-current circuit
breaker relay.
NB:
Max. 4 bar water pressure.
If there is a risk that the water pressure can exceed 4 bar, then a reduction valve must
be fitted to the unit.
