Keep bystanders positioned at least 12 m from the machine, and in the opposite
direction to the ejected woodchip.
Start
Set the start/stop button to “on”.
Open the fuel cock.
Activate the choke.
Start the engine by turning the key.
Start the engine on half throttle.
Switch off the choke and allow the
engine to warm up for approximately
three minutes.
Next, apply full throttle.
Wood chipping
Feed the branch into the funnel.
When you can feel that the branch is
being pulled in by the rotary blades, let
go of the branch.
Do not push the branch in once the
machine begins to pull it in.
Side branches with diameters greater
than 3 cm must be sawed off and
chipped separately.
