1. När ekipaget kör framåt UTAN hjälpstyrning:
A. UNDER inställd EBS hastighet
Inaktivt läge (Normalt): = Pneumatisk låsventil(er) är aktiva och
öppna, hydraulisk låsventil är öppen (NO), dvs oljan kan flöda FRITT
mellan kamrarna = Axlarna är medspårande och följer ekipagets
kurvtagning.
B. ÖVER inställd EBS hastighet
Inaktivt läge (Normalt): = Pneumatisk låsventil(er) är inaktiva och
låsta. Hydraulisk låsventil är öppen (NO), dvs oljan kan flöda FRITT
mellan kamrarna men när axlarna spårar med trailern (är i linje) låser
de pneumatiska låsen axlarna = Ingen medspårning/hjälpstyrning är
möjlig.
2. När ekipaget kör framåt MED hjälpstyrning:
A. UNDER inställd EBS hastighet och hjälpstyrning UTAN låst
hydrauliklås (t.ex vid rondell)
Aktivt läge: = Aktivera hjälpstyrning med knapp 1 eller 2 (Hö/Vä)
på radiosändare (eller vippbrytare på P-LIGHT). Den hydrauliska
låsventilen stänger när styrning sker, men när knappen släpps
öppnas hydrauliklåset åter och axeln spårar upp igen som
medspårande axel.
B. UNDER inställd EBS hastighet och hjälpstyrning MED låst
hydrauliklås (t ex vid skarp korsning)
Aktivt läge: = Aktivera hydrauliklåset med knapp 5 på radiosändare
(eller vippströmbrytare på P-LIGHT) = Axeln låses i befintlig position.
Aktivera sedan hjälpstyrningen med knapp 1 eller 2 (Hö/Vä) på
radiosändare (eller vippbrytare på P-LIGHT). Den hydrauliska
låsventilen förblir stängd och hjälpstyrningen är aktiverad tills
knapp 5 åter avaktiveras, då öppnas hydrauliklåset och axeln spårar
upp igen som medspårande axel. Hydrauliklåset öppnas också
automatiskt om inställd gräns för EBS hastighet uppnås.
3. När ekipaget skall backas:
Hydrauliklåset låses automatiskt vid backning och den styrbara axeln
låses i befintlig position. Aktivera sedan hjälpstyrning med knapp 1
eller 2 (Hö/Vä) på radiosändare (eller vippbrytare på P-LIGHT). Den
hydrauliska låsventilen förblir stängd och hjälpstyrning är aktiverad
till backläget avslutas (signal kommer från backljuset).
OBS:
Om ekipaget är utrustad med 2 medspårande axlar, inaktiveras
den pneumatiska låsventil för nr 2 (den som inte är hjälpstyrande)
och det pneumatiska axellåset låses. Tänk på att axeln spårar med
trailern (vara i linje) så låspunkten hittas. Annars hittar axeln inte
låspositionen och därmed viker sig vid backningen.
Hydraulisk styrning för 1-2 medspårande axlar inkl. pneumatiska axellås varav 1 är hjälpstyrande.
Plint V-MAX måste ha +24V från EBS-system för att kunna testa styrningen!
OBS: Läs instruktionerna och testkör systemet noggrant innan fordonet tas i bruk.
Function and user description
Funktions- och användarbeskrivning
1. When the vehicle moves forward WITHOUT auxiliary steering:
A. BELOW set EBS speed
Inactive position (Normal): = Pneumatic locking valve(s) are active
and open, hydraulic locking valve is open (NO), i.e. the oil can flow
FREELY between the chambers = The axles are self-tracking and
follow the vehicle’s cornering.
B. ABOVE set EBS speed
Inactive mode (Normal): = Pneumatic locking valve(s) are inactive
and locked. Hydraulic locking valve is open (NO), i.e. the oil can flow
FREELY between the chambers but when the axles track with the
trailer (are in line) the pneumatic locks lock the axles = No tracking/
auxiliary steering is possible.
2. When the vehicle moves forward WITH auxiliary steering:
A. BELOW set EBS speed and auxiliary steering WITHOUT locked
hydraulic lock (e.g. at roundabout)
Active mode: = Activate auxiliary steering with button 1 or 2 (R/L) on
radio transmitter (or rocker switch on P-LIGHT). The hydraulic locking
valve closes when steering occurs, but when the button is released,
the hydraulic lock reopens and the axle tracks back as a tracking axle
again.
B. BELOW set EBS speed and auxiliary steering WITH locked
hydraulic lock (e.g. at sharp junction)
Active mode: = Activate the hydraulic lock with button 5 on the radio
transmitter (or rocker switch on P-LIGHT) = The axle locks in the
present position. Then activate the auxiliary steering with button 1
or 2 (R/L) on the radio transmitter (or rocker switch on P-LIGHT). The
hydraulic locking valve remains closed and the auxiliary steering is
activated until button 5 is deactivated again, then the hydraulic lock
opens and the axle tracks back as a tracking axle again. The hydraulic
lock also opens automatically if the set EBS speed limit is reached.
3. When the vehicle is reversed:
The hydraulic lock is locked automatically when reversing and
the steerable axle is locked in the present position. Then activate
auxiliary steering with button 1 or 2 (R/L) on the radio transmitter
(or rocker switch on P-LIGHT). The hydraulic locking valve remains
closed and auxiliary steering is activated until reverse mode is
stopped (signal comes from the reversing light).
NOTE:
If the vehicle is equipped with 2 tracking axles, the pneumatic
locking valve for No. 2 (the one that is not auxiliary steering) is
disabled and the pneumatic lock is locked. Keep in mind that the
axle tracks with the trailer (is in line) so the locking point is found.
Otherwise, the axle does not find the locking position and thus
twists when reversing.
Hydraulic steering for 1-2 tracking axles incl. pneumatic axle lock, of which one is auxiliary steering.
V-MAX terminal block must have +24V from the EBS system to test the steering!
NOTE: Read the instructions and test operate the system carefully before putting the vehicle into service.
