vertical sufaces in such a way that the dust 

collector points downwads.

geater  sanding  perfomance,  instead  it 

causes geater wear on the product and 

sanding sheet.

pad.The hole pattern in the sanding pad 

and sanding disc mustMatch. Press the 

sanding  disc  onto  the  sanding  disc  by 

hand.Fimly pess the power tool with the 

sanding sheet against a Flat surface and 

biefl y switch the powetool on. This povides 

Fogood adhesion and prevents pematue 

wear.Before placing the sanding disc,fee 

the sanding pad from Dust/debis by lightly 

tapping against it.

Removing the sanding disc

 

► To remove, simply peel the sanding disc 

away from the sanding pad.

Using  the  removable  dust  bag 

(See fi g. C)

 

► Your sander is equipped with a removable 

dust bag ,which is designed for almost 

dust free working. Insert the removable 

dust bag into the dust extraction prot of the 

sander . Then pull the removable dust bag 

to make sure it is Tightened securely to the 

dust outlet [see fi g. C].

► For more efficient operation, empty dust 

bag, every 5-10mins. This will permit the 

air to fl ow through the bag better .

 

► To empty, pull the removable dust bag 

 

► Respect the po/-”when charging.

 

► Do not open the unit and keep out of the 

reach of children.

 

► Do not charge the batteries of othe manu-

factures or ill-suited models.

 

► Ensure that the connection between the 

battery charge and battery is correctly po-

sitioned and is not obstructed by foreign 

bodies.

 

► Check battery charger’s slots are free of 

foreign objects and protect against dirt and 

humidity. Store in a dry and frost-fee place.

 

► When charging batteries, ensure that the 

battery charge is in a well-ventilated area 

and away fom infl ammable materials. Bat-

teries can get hot during charging.Do not 

overcharge batteries. Ensure that batteries 

and charges are not left unsupervised du 

ing charging.

 

► Do not recharge non- rechargeable batte 

ies, as they can overheat and break.

 

► Longer life and better performance can 

be obtained if the battery pack is charged 

when the air temperature is between 18°C 

and 24°C. Do not charge the battery pack 

in air temperatures below 4°C, or above 

40°C.This is important as it can prevent 

serious damag to the battery pack.

 

► Charge only battery packs of the same 

model provided by manufacturer and of 

models recommended by manufacturer .

► This  tool  is  intended  to  dry  sanding  of 

wood, plastic,fi ller and coated surfaces.

Selecting the right sanding disc

 

► Selecting the correct grit of sandpaper is 

an important decision to achieve the best 

quality sanding fi nish.

 

► Coase grit will remove the most mateial 

and fi ner grit will give you the best fi nish in 

all sanding operations.The condition of the 

suface to be sanded will detemine which 

git will do the job.

 

► If the suface is rough, start with coarse grit 

and sand until the suface is uniform. Use 

a medium grit to remove any scratches left
