Ïðè÷èíû:

1. Çàñîðåíèå âîçäóøíîãî ôèëüòðà

2. Íàðóøåíèå ïëîòíîñòè ñîåäèíåíèé èëè ïîâðåæäåíèå

âîçäóõîïðîâîäîâ

Ñïîñîáû óñòðàíåíèÿ:

1. Î÷èñòèòü èëè çàìåíèòü ôèëüòðóþùèé ýëåìåíò

2. Îïðåäåëèòü ìåñòî óòå÷êè, óïëîòíèòü ñîåäèíåíèå,

çàìåíèòü âîçäóõîïðîâîä

Ñíèæåíèå ïðîèçâîäèòåëüíîñòè êîìïðåññîðà

Óòå÷êà âîçäóõà èç ðåñèâåðà â íàãíåòàòåëüíûé âîçäóõîïðîâîä -

ïîñòîÿííîå «øèïåíèå» ïðè îòêëþ÷åíèè êîìïðåññîðà

Ïðè÷èíû:

1. Ïîïàäàíèå âîçäóõà èç ðåñèâåðà â íàãíåòàòåëüíûé

âîçäóõîïðîâîä èç-çà èçíîñà èëè çàñîðåíèÿ
óïëîòíèòåëÿ îáðàòíîãî êëàïàíà

Ñïîñîáû óñòðàíåíèÿ:

1. Âûâåðíóòü øåñòèãðàííóþ ãîëîâêó êëàïàíà, î÷èñòèòü

ñåäëî è óïëîòíèòåëüíóþ ïðîêëàäêó èëè çàìåíèòü

Ïåðåãðåâ äâèãàòåëÿ è îñòàíîâêà êîìïðåññîðà âî âðåìÿ ðàáîòû

Ïðè÷èíû:

1. Íåäîñòàòî÷íûé óðîâåíü ìàñëà â êàðòåðå êîìïðåññîðà.

2. Ïðîäîëæèòåëüíàÿ ðàáîòà êîìïðåññîðà ïðè

ìàêñèìàëüíîì äàâëåíèè è ïîòðåáëåíèè âîçäóõà -
ñðàáàòûâàíèå çàùèòû.

3. Ïîíèæåííîå íàïðÿæåíèå ñåòè

Ñïîñîáû óñòðàíåíèÿ:

1. Ïðîâåðèòü êà÷åñòâî è óðîâåíü ìàñëà, ïðè

íåîáõîäèìîñòè äîëèòü ìàñëî.

2. Ñíèçèòü íàãðóçêó íà êîìïðåññîð, óìåíüøèâ

ïîòðåáëåíèå âîçäóõà. Êîìïðåññîð çàïóñòèòñÿ
àâòîìàòè÷åñêè

3. Èñêëþ÷èòü èç öåïè ýëåêòðîïèòàíèÿ âñå óäëèíèòåëè

Îñòàíîâêà êîìïðåññîðà âî âðåìÿ ðàáîòû

Ïðè÷èíû:

1. Íàðóøåíèÿ â öåïè ïèòàíèÿ

Ñïîñîáû óñòðàíåíèÿ:

1. Ïðîâåðèòü öåïü ïèòàíèÿ

Êîìïðåññîð âûêëþ÷àåòñÿ è çàòåì ñàì ÷åðåç íåñêîëüêî ìèíóò âêëþ÷àåòñÿ

Ïðè÷èíû:

1. Ñðàáàòûâàåò òåðìîçàùèòà èç-çà ïåðåãðåâà äâèãàòåëÿ

Ñïîñîáû óñòðàíåíèÿ:

1. Î÷èñòèòü øëàíãè ïîäà÷è âîçäóõà. Ïðîâåòðèòü

ïîìåùåíèå. Âåðíóòü ðåëå òåðìîçàùèòû â ðàáî÷åå
ñîñòîÿíèå. Ïðîâåðèòü óðîâåíü è êà÷åñòâî ìàñëà.
