1. ASSEMBLING THE SAW
SETUP & PREPARATION
WARNING!
ENSURE THE SAW IS SWITCHED OFF AND
DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE
PERFORMING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ASSEMBLY.
Release Cutting Head From Transport Position
Material Support Bars
Material Clamp
2 To keep the head unlocked
rotate the head locking pin 90
0
while holding the pin out.
The cutting head will now be
free to move.
2 Tighten the screws on the
base to secure both bars in
place.
1 Press the cutting
head down gently
and pull the head
locking pin out.
1 Slide the support
bars with roller into
the two holes on
either side of the
base.
1 To fit the material clamp
simply place the shaft
into hole in the mitre table
behind the rear fence.
Note:
The clamp can be
mounted on either the left or
right.
