Adjusting the bevel angle (Fig. 4)
The bevel angle is infinitely variable
between 0º and 45º.
•
Loosen the lock knob (19).
•
Set the desired bevel angle
according to the scale (20).
•
Tighten the lock knob (19).
Instructions for use
•
Fill the cooling water reservoir (3)
with clean water.
•
Ensure the cutting blade (7) is not
touching the work piece.
•
Switch the machine on by pushing the green button on the on/off switch (1).
•
Securely hold the workpiece and evenly guide it with gentle pressure into the
cutting blade (7).
•
Do not exert pressure on the cutting blade (7). Allow the machine sufficient time to
cut through the workpiece.
•
Regularly check if the cutting blade (7) is sufficiently cooled. Make sure that the
lower edge of the cutting blade (7) is well below the water level in the cooling
water reservoir (3). Add cooling water as required.
•
To switch the machine off, push the red button of the on/off switch (1).
Diagonal cutting (Fig. 5)
The 45° Cutting guide (12) is used
for 45º diagonal cuts.
•
Set the parallel guide (8) to the
required distance. Be aware
that the minimum guiding
distance is 10cm.
•
Place the 45° Cutting guide
(12) against the parallel fence.
