ASSEMBLY
Caution: It is recommended that two people assemble the Cement Mixer.
Tools required (not supplied): Spanner (12mm), Phillips Head Screwdriver.
1. Remove the cement mixer and all components from the carton.
Frame Assembly
2. Refer to Fig.1 and select parts bag A (13).
3. Carefully lay the frame (17) on its side on
a flat surface and attach the frame (17)
to the support leg (18) lining up the
holes provided.
4. Insert the M8x55 hex bolt through the
hole from one side, and secure with the
lock nut on the opposite side. Screw the
M8x40 hex bolt to the nut on the frame
(17) from the outside. Tighten clockwise
with a 12mm spanner.
Wheel Assembly
5. Refer to Fig.2 and select parts bag B (13).
6. Turn the frame assembly (5) upright and
attach the wheel assembly (15).
7. Insert the M8x55 hex bolt through the
hole from one side of the wheel
assembly (15) and secure with the lock
nut on the opposite side. Screw the
M8x40 hex bolt to the nut on the frame
(17) from the outside.
Using a 12mm
spanner, ensure all nuts and bolts are
secured before continuing.
Lower Drum Assembly
8. Refer to Fig.3 and select parts bag C (13).
9. Slide the bearing bracket (10) onto the
drive shaft sleeve of the lower drum (11)
(on the wheel assembly (15) side).
10. With the help of a second person,
carefully set the lower drum (11) onto the
side supports of the frame assembly (5),
ensure that the bearing bracket (10) slots
into the frame (17) side supports. Ensure
the large diameter shaft is at the support
leg (18) end of the stand.
