Terms of condition of the service
• Oxus Co., Ltd. provides the warranty in accordance with the consumer compensation
regulation as per product as below.
• Please contact the service center in case of malfunction of the product.
1. Oxus will provide the free of charge A/S during the warranty period if the malfunction is
caused by the mechanical defects.
2. Please call OXUS in the case of product failure.
3. We will repair the product at your expense for the following cases even in the warranty
period.
- Disasters including fire
- Failure by the result of careless handling or improper repairs and modifications
- Failure due to not comply with the instructions specified in the user manual
- If the consumable parts are expired.
4. Repair after warranty period: Our repair center hold all parts so you can repair the product
at your expense.
5. When you require repair, please provide the warranty sheet.
6. This warranty is applied in Korea only.
