Possible contraindications

The contraindications listed below have been compiled based on 
clinical judgment, not scientific research:

• 

Severe Dry eyes

• 

Nystagmus

• 

Severe Photosensitivity and Light wavelength sensitivity

• 

Contact dermatitis and Severe/photosensitive Epilesy

• 

Ocular infection and Migrain sufferers (light triggered)

Caring for your device

• 

Always switch the device off when not in use and keep the device in 
the rigid zippable case provided to prevent accidental damage. 

• 

Do not use solvents to clean any part of the device. Avoid getting 
liquids, sunscreen, skin lotions, or makeup on the device.

• 

Allow the device to dry thoroughly. 

• 

Regularly check for any cracks or case damage to the headset, 
USB cable and charger. In case of damage stop use immediately 
and contact Onyx customer support for assistance.
