11. Let the unit flow for 2 minutes, then turn the motor off for 30 seconds to
eliminate any air gap possibly not causing the chocolate to flow. Turn the motor
back ON. If the chocolate is still not flowing well, add 1/8 cup or 30ml of oil to
thin out.
12. Never add the cold liquid to the chocolate as it may cause the flow to stop.

Chocolate is dripping, not flowing.
Chocolate is too thick. Ensure that the fountain is
on a level surface.
Chocolate is flowing unevenly but
not sheeting.
The unit is not level. Level the unit so that the
chocolate evenly distributed around the tower.
Flow is intermittent, interrupted.
Check for chunks of food in the base that may be
clogging the chocolate flow to the base of the
tower.

Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Ensure that the parts are cool
before disassembling.
2.
Remove the auger and tower and wash in soapy water.
3.
Do not pour any excess chocolate down the drain or toilet, pour into plastic
bag or disposable container then dispose of in normal household waste.
4.
Carefully pour out as much remaining chocolate from the base bowl as
possible.
5.
Use a damp sponge/cloth to wipe clean the remainder and dry with a cloth.
6.
The base bowl should be not immersed in water as it contains electrical
components.
