This is a preset factory default setting mode which is used to restrict the 
changes  in  parameters  or  the  functions  concerning  the  measurement 
accuracy,  performance  and  measurement  values  of  this  equipment  in 
order to avoid any troubles related to these matters during the use of this 
equipment for the purpose of custody transfer, and so on.
In  the  case  that  a  target  parameter  is  changed  or  a  target  function  is 
executed  during  the Write  Protect  mode,

communication unit EL2310 and any operations are not accepted. Also, as
