Attach the Wheel Skirt (C23, C24, C25) to the bottom panel using M4x10 Bolts (D2x7pcs) and
M4 Nuts (D3x7pcs) as shown, Then fix the left / right wheel skirts onto the front wheel skirt
using ST4.0x10 Screw (D1x2pcs) as shown.
Unscrew the retaining bolts and retaining nuts from the Balance Weight (C22).
Attach the balance weight to the bottom panel using the retaining bolts and retaining nuts
as shown.
