Usenewscrewscoatedwiththreadlockforassemblingtheframeandtherearwheeladapters.

4.1.1  Replacing the frames

Inordertoreplaceoneorbothframes(Fig.1),youfirsthavetoremoveallcomponentgroups

andaccessorieswhichareconnectedtotheframe.
• Centralunitaccordingtodrawing,
• footrests(refertoSection4.2)
• sidepanels(refertoSection4.3)
• back/upholstery/pushhandles(refertoSection4.4),
• sidepanels(refertoSection4.5)
• castersandcasterjournalbearings(refertoSection4.6),
• rearwheelsandrearwheeladapters(refertoSection4.7),
• andbrakes/wheellocks(refertoSection4.8).
Itisadvisabletostartwithdisassemblingtheaccessorieswhichareattachedtotheframe,i.e.

anti-tipper,transportwheelsorcrutchholder.Allpartsmountedtotheframeareattachedwith

screws.

4.1.2  Cover cap replacement

Thereisacapatthetubeend,whichcanbecutopenwhendamagedusingabladeandpulled

offthetubeend.Putthenewcovercaponthetubeend(Fig.2).
