Folding the backrest forward (reducing the
transportation size)
1) Pull the release handle on the Recaro® seat (see Fig. 3,
item 1) up. The release handle is located on the side of
the backrest.
2) Fold the backrest forward.
3) Let go of the release handle.
→ The backrest is folded forward.
Folding the backrest up

Fold the backrest up until the release handle is securely
engaged.
→ The backrest is folded up.
Removing the headrest
Two people are required to remove the headrest.
1) 1st person: Find the release points on the Recaro® seat
below the cover (see Fig. 26) and push them at the
same time.
2) 2nd person: Pull the headrest up and out.
→ The headrest is removed.

Removing the Recaro® seat from the mobility base
1) Loosen the left and right locking bolts on the seat frame.
To do this, pull the release strap under the seat bottom
forward and hold it (see Fig. 27, item 1).
2) To release the rear seat clip from the bracket, tip and
push the seat back slightly.
3) Remove the Recaro® seat.

The Recaro® seat has been removed.

Usage
