5. Troubleshooting

If your desk is not functioning properly, the electronics may have to be reset. Follow the reset procedure described in the section 

„Use“. If your desk has a switch with an LED display and shows „RST“, carry out the reset procedure described in the „Use“ secti-
on.

If the LED display shows the error message „ER1“ – „ER13“, check all electronic connections (legs – cable, cable – control box). 

Then carry out the reset procedure. If the error message is still displayed after the reset procedure, contact your dealer.

If there is a height difference of more than 3.81 cm between the table legs, stop the reset procedure and contact your dealer. If 
the LED display shows „HOT“, allow the table frame to cool down for 20 minutes.

7.   Setting the LED return height

KCalibration of the height measurement: Press the down key on the switch until the frame has reached the lowest position. 
Measure the height of the frame from the floor if the number on the LED display does not match your measurements,
proceed as follows:
Press and hold the Down key until the display shows „RST“.
Press and hold the „M“ key (approx. 5 seconds) until the LED indicates the flashing start height. (If the display changes to 
„RST“ before the next step, repeat this step).

Change the value of the initial height::

As soon as the new value is displayed, wait about 5 seconds and the display will show „RST“ again. End the reset process by 
pressing and holding the down key until the desk descends a little, rises slightly and stops. Now release the key. The new 
starting height is stored, and your desk is now ready for use.
Note: The LED display has a tolerance of 0.1
