Use only dishwasher safe salt. The salt compartment is located under the bottom basket and must

In case of damage caused by the use of an inappropriate type of salt, the warranty will be cancelled and the
manufacturer will not be liable for any damages will be responsible for the resulting damages.
- Fill the appliance with washing salt before starting a cycle. This will prevent salt deposits from forming during a
undetermined period of time at the bottom of the machine, which can cause corrosion.
Fit the end of the funnel (included) into the hole and fill it with approx. 130g of salt.
It is normal for some water to come out of the salt compartment.
Screw the cap back on clockwise after filling.
Usually the salt warning indicator disappears 2-6 days after filling the compartment.
Immediately after refilling the salt in the compartment, the washing program should be started
(e.g. the quick program). Otherwise, the filter system, pump and other components important parts
of the device could be damaged by salt water.
How to refill the washing salt
Remove the basket and unscrew the lid of the salt compartment.
Add a liter of water to the container before the first wash.
Important information
How to adjust the amount of salt
Step 1: Access the salt menu
Close the door within 60 seconds of turning it on, press the Start/Pause button and hold it down for 5 seconds.
Step 2: Adjusting the salt according to water hardness
Press the Start/Pause button to select the correct setting according to the water hardness in your area.
H1 > H2 > H3 > H4 > H5 > H6
Step 3: Leave the salt menu
If you do not make any adjustments within 5 seconds, the device automatically leaves the settings and goes into

- The salt compartment should only be filled when the salt indicator on the control panel lights up. Depending on how
the salt is dissolved, the indicator will still illuminate even though the compartment is full. If there is no salt indicator
on the control panel (on some models), you can judge, depending on the cycles of the dishwasher, when more salt

- If you have sprinkled some salt, start the quick program to remove the excess salt.
