For example, suppose you want to cook for 1 minute at 60% of microwave power.
1. Use number pads to enter cooking time.
2. Press POWER once.
3. Use number pads to power level.
4. Touch START/MINUTE PLUS.
NOTE:
During cooking process, you can check current cooking power by pressing POWER, or to extend cooking time by
pressing START/MINUTE PLUS, each press for 1 minute.
SPEED DEFROST
The longest defrosting time is 99 min and 99 sec.

Touch SPEED DEFROST.

Enter desired defrosting time by touching correct number pads.
3.
Touch START/MINUTE PLUS.
NOTE:
During defrosting program, the system will pause and sound beeps to remind user to turn food over, and then press
START/MINUTE PLUS to resume the defrosting.
After setting Speed Defrost, oven can be programmed to automatically switch to one or two-stage cooking.
For Speed Defrost and one stage cooking, follow steps above. Before touching START/MINUTE PLUS, touch COOK,
enter time and power level. Then touch START/MINUTE PLUS.
For Speed Defrost and two stage cooking, follow steps above. Before touching START/MINUTE PLUS, enter
two-stage cooking programs.
After total time elapsed, the system will sound beeps with END in display. The beeps will continue to sound every two
minutes automatically until the door is opened or any pad is touched.

Touch COOK BY WEIGHT once.
2.
Press number pads 1-3 to select the one digit code.
3.
Use the number pad to enter food weight.
4.
Touch START/MINUTE PLUS.
