IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
• Do not operate Wine Opener after the appliance malfunctions or if it is dropped
or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest Authorized Service
Center for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the Wine Opener
in water or other liquid. This may cause personal injury and/or damage to
the product.
• To protect against fi re, do not operate the unit in the presence of explosive
and/or fl ammable fumes.
• Do not use the Wine Opener for other than intended use.
• The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may
cause fi re, electric shock or injury.
• This product is intended for normal domestic household use only.
• When using the Wine Opener keep your workspace clean and free from
potential hazards.
• For indoor use only. Do not expose the Wine Opener to rain or other extreme
conditions
• Use only AA ALKALINE BATTERIES IN THE UNIT. Make sure the battery cover
is securely locked in place before operating. Remove batteries from battery
compartment if storing unit for extended periods of time. Dispose of batteries
per local laws or codes.
• Never force the Wine Opener onto a bottle or attempt to speed up the
mechanism. The Wine Opener will work best when it is operated at it’s
intended speed.
• Do not touch or adjust the Wine Opener’s mechanism or the corkscrew spiral.
Only hold the Wine Opener by its housing.
• Do not attempt to open bottles if the switch is not working correctly.
• Do not attempt to open the Wine Opener. It has no serviceable parts. Your
Wine Opener is guaranteed for one year. In the event of a malfunction in this
time please contact our customer services department.
Caution:
Corkscrew is sharp. Handle carefully. Keep hands and utensils out
of the container while operating to prevent the possibility of severe personal
injury and/or damage to the product or property.
