USINg ThE bROwNINg fUNCTION “DORAR”
This function is to brown and/or melt cheese over your favorite
dishes. The upper heating element will be fully powered and the
lower heating element will be at half the temperature of the upper
ones.
Press the Power Button “ ” (1) and then select the Browning
Function “Dorar” (2). The 1-7 browning level setting indicator will
become visible on the LCD display.
To adjust the browning level:
Press and hold the Color/Time
Buttons “Color/Cronómetro” (3) ( or ) to increase or decrease
the browning setting. The digits and browning setting will increase
or decrease as the buttons are pressed.

(4) – The red Power Indicator
Light will illuminate and the interior light will turn on. The
backlight for the LCD display will go off after 30 seconds.
The default color setting will be 4. Use this setting for a
golden brown result. Adjust from light browing (1) to dark
browning (7). The default temperature will be 230ºC (450ºF).
The temperature or time is not adjustable.
When the Browning cycle is complete the Red Power Indicator
Light will turn off and browning setting will stop flashing. The LCD
will turn off after 30 seconds and the LCD display will reset to the
default setting.
Note:
You can adjust the browning level at any time during the
cooking cycle.
USINg ThE CONvECTION bAKE fUNCTION “CONvECCIÓN”
Press the Power Button “ ” (1) and then select the Convection
Bake Function “Convección (2). The convection fan will turn on and
circulate air allowing the food to cook evenly and faster.
The default temperature setting will be 175°C (350°F). The default
time will be 0:20 minutes.
To set the time:
Press and hold the Time Buttons “Cronómetro” (3)
( or ) to increase or decrease the cooking time. The digits will
advance slowly at first then speed up after 5 seconds and even faster
after 5 more seconds. The maximum time setting for Convection
Bake is 2 hours.
Temperature:
Press and hold the Temperature Buttons “Temperatura”
(4) ( or ) to increase or decrease the temperature setting. The digits
will advance slowly, in 25-degree increments at first then speed up after
5 seconds. The temperature that can be set for Convection Bake is from
65°C to 230°C (150°F to 450°F).

illuminates. The unit begins to work and the timer begins to
countdown the remaining tim
e.
When the Convection Baking cycle is complete the unit will “beep” for
2 seconds, the red Power Indicator lamp will turn off, and the time will
show 0:00 on the display.
Note:
You can adjust the time or temperature at any time during the
baking cycle.
